BASIC
or BASIC-PLUS Structural Assessment A BASIC Structural Assessment, is a brief and concise, affordable report and focuses exclusively on past and current performance of the main Structural Load Bearing components only. The Report is ready for immediate e-mailing. A BASIC-PLUS Structural Assessment, is more analytical, more structured in its approach and more descriptive and also focuses on past and current performance of the main Structural Load Bearing components and damp/moisture testing is also included. The report is presented on a structural performance matrix(TM) using an alpha numeric descriptive analysis for reporting, yet it is still affordable report. Digital Photos are emailed complementary if a client has a proper email address. The Report is ready for immediate e-mailing. Digital Photos are taken for our reference and archiving only should these be required by client, the photos can also be e-mailed* free of charge or for an extra charge of $35.00 +GST the photos can be printed and included in the report. There is usually no narration under the photo narration boxes in these reports. *Client must have a proper Internet service provider. Covers:- Performance of main load bearing components: being the Footings, Internal & External walls and Roof frame work. |

(Performance Based) The Deluxe Structural Corporate Level report, is the flagship of our high tech reports. This report is very detailed and is in a colour coded format making it extremely easy to read and understand. Typical cross sectional diagrams are included for a more thorough understanding of some of the various building construction and practices. Included in this comprehensive written
report are digital photos high lighting the items inspected for verification
with additional narration under each picture box. |
