BASIC or BASIC-PLUS Structural Assessment
(Performance Based)

A BASIC Level -1 Pre-Purchase Structural Assessment Certificate, is a short, brief and concise report and focuses exclusively on past and current performance of the main Structural Load Bearing components only.

A BASIC Level -2 Pre-Purchase Structural Assessment Certificate, includes summaries and detailed explanations with maintenance hints, based on past and current performance of the main Structural Load Bearing components only.

Digital Photos are taken for our reference and archiving only, should these be required by client, the photos can be e-mailed or for an extra charge of $35.00 +GST the photos can be printed and included in the written report. There is usually no narration under the photo narration boxes in a Basic Pre-Purchase Certificate Assessment report.

A BASIC-PLUS Pre-Purchase Structural Assessment, is more analytical, more structured in its approach , more descriptive in its summaries and maintenance advise and also focuses on past and current performance of the main Structural Load Bearing components with damp/moisture testing being automatically included. The report is presented on a structural performance matrix(TM) using an alpha numeric descriptive analysis for reporting, yet it is still an affordable report. Digital Photos are e-mailed free of charge.

A BASIC Video Pre-Purchase Structural Assessment - is a video format inspection similar to the Certificate inspections but presented on a DVD and uploaded when completed - It is sometimes better value for money, as additional items are covered during the inspection not specifically related to Structural Load Bearing components - At this stage the Video Inspection format - can only be carried out by Head Office.

PLEASE NOTE - All Basic Inspections are non intrusive & visual, covering the Performance to date, of the main load bearing components:- being the Footing/foundation, External & Internal walls and Roof/Ceiling frame work.

(Performance Based)

Our "Flexi Choice" Report gives you the freedom to custom build your report by:- adding selected items of your choice or concern, to a Basic or Basic Plus Structural Assessment" report from the list of additional 7 items, below:

Example:
Choose a BASIC Structural Assessment Report "NOT Certificate" (either single or double storey), then add any of the seven (7) items below that you want covered.

Alternatively
If you do not want a Basic Structural Assessment Report, then choose all or any of the seven (7) items below that you want covered.
However, a minimum charge of $550 +gst shall always apply if you choose less than 4 items.

For each additional storey - add - $75.00 + gst, per level above single storey, to the total cost

This report is very detailed and is in a colour coded format making it extremely easy to read and understand.

Typical cross sectional diagrams are included for a more thorough understanding of some of the various building construction and practices.

Included in this comprehensive written report are digital photos high lighting the items inspected for verification with additional narration under each picture box.
