Our Structural Assessments come in three different formats: Basic Structural,
Flexi-Choice and Deluxe Corporate, each report is unique in
its presentation.
Basic Structural Assessment is the common thread and covers the main
load bearing components.
Flexi Choice allows you to add individual maintenance items that might
be of concern, to the Basic Structural Assessment, to build a customised report
of your choice.
Deluxe Corporate Structural Assessment is our flagship and covers all
the above with photos and more.
Our unique reporting system is based on the utilisation of a "known faults"
database, which has been established from over 20 years of inspections, receiving
input from experienced builders and engineers alike. Most importantly the
format is thorough and easy to follow and understand.The addition of full
colour digital photos enables you to immediately highlight and visualise problem
areas of concern.
When Selling your Home consider a:-
Pre-Sale Basic Structural Assessment Report, resulting in Inadequate
Structural items being identified and in need of repair prior to marketing,
which will ultimately result in a less strenuous and speedy settlement. We
are completely independent of the Vendor and the Real Estate Agent.

$2000+gst depending on the type, nature and complexity of the report.
